At Tappwater, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home water filtration systems. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused filtration system and all original accessories in their original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
